5. For the transportation of a single large item upstairs (small items are free of charge), if there is an elevator and it can accommodate the goods, it is free of charge. If there is no elevator, the service personnel at the outlet will need to transport the goods upstairs, and a fee of 50 yuan per item will be charged for the upstairs transportation.

6. The demolition cost shall be calculated at 50% of the installation cost standard. For toilets, under-counter basins, and squat toilets installed with cement, the installation cost standard shall apply.

For single large products that require a staircase, a downstairs fee of 50 yuan per piece will be charged (small products are free of charge)

If there is no garbage dump within the community to dispose of a single large old product, the user needs to dispose of it themselves

7. Installation precautions for the clothes care machine: A. For users with special installation environments such as suspended ceilings or balconies, separate charges for drilling and related auxiliary materials will be applied. Specific charging standards are detailed in point 8. B. If inquiring about whether the clothes care machine can be installed in a sunroom, it is necessary to confirm with the user that the load-bearing capacity of the steel frame of the steel-structured sunroom in the home is greater than 100 kilograms. If it is less than 100 kilograms, installation is not allowed as it may lead to the collapse of the steel frame; it is not recommended to install a smart clothes care machine in a wooden-structured sunroom.
